§1.0 General:
Regulations may be updated on an ongoing basis.
It is the responsibility of the club/team to stay updated on this page.
Regulations during the tournament must be complied with at all times.
Failure to comply entitles HSK BC to exclude the entire club/team without refund of fees.
§1.1 Gloves:
HSK BOX CUP provides gloves for use during the event.
§1.2 Headgear:
For boxers required to wear headgear, the club/team must bring approved headgear.
§1.3 Participants:
All boxers must bring a valid record book or documented approved license.
§2.0 Catering:
Catering is provided by Royal Stage.
Ordering, payment, and all inquiries regarding catering are handled directly by Royal Stage.
Orders must be placed no later than 14 days before the start of the event.
Royal Stage is responsible for the delivery and administration of the catering service.
Terms and conditions for catering purchases are therefore issued separately by Royal Stage.
§3.0 Accommodation at Royal Stage:
As HSK BOX CUP covers the cost of sleeping arrangements with a third party, accommodation must be booked before the final registration deadline and is thereafter binding.
Cancellations after the final registration deadline are non-refundable.
Please note that participating clubs/teams must bring their own sleeping equipment (mattress, sleeping bag, or similar).
§3.1 Hotel or Hostel Accommodation:
HSK BOX CUP does not offer hotel or hostel accommodation.
If desired, the club/team must arrange and cover all costs for hotel/hostel accommodation as well as transportation to and from Royal Stage.
§4.0 Referees and Judges:
Referees and judges who are active in the tournament are offered free meals and accommodation at the hostel.
HSK BOX CUP takes care of the booking. Transport to and from Royal Stage is at your own expense.
Transportation to and from Royal Stage is at their own expense.
§5.0 Information Responsibility:
The team manager is responsible for ensuring that all entered information is correct at all times, including date of birth, weight, number of bouts, etc.
Registration data is used exclusively as a basis for tournament planning.
No bouts are made in advance.
Data may, however, be used to provide information on possible match, particularly for international participants who plan in advance and travel long distances for the tournament.
This does not constitute a guarantee of a bout or match, and the final bout allocation is only made after weigh-in.
If HSK BOX CUP has reasonable suspicion of intentional incorrect information, an individual boxer may be excluded and results annulled without refund of fees paid.
In cases of extensive or intentional misinformation, HSK BOX CUP reserves the right to exclude the entire club/team without refund of fees.
§5.1 Changes:
If errors in registrations are discovered, they must be corrected as soon as possible.
Until the registration deadline, the team manager may update information for registered participants, including weight, number of bouts, and other relevant data.
Only by agreement with HSK BOX CUP may participants be replaced within the same club or team, provided that the total number of registered places does not change.
After the registration deadline, all information is locked and changes require approval from HSK BOX CUP.
§6.0 Registration and Payment:
Registration grants access to participation in the tournament as a sports event.
This applies to boxers, team officials, and referees/judges.
- The registration deadline is 26-09-2025.
- Registration and payment are made online simultaneously.
- Registration is only completed once payment has been received.
- Registration is binding from the time of payment.
- Payment can be made in DKK or EUR.
§6.1 Participation Fee:
All participants pay a participation fee upon registration.
If a boxer cannot be matched, only the participation fee for that boxer will be refunded. Optional add-ons are non-refundable.
In case of withdrawal, failure to attend weigh-in, or if a boxer is unable to compete during the tournament, the participation fee is non-refundable.
Any refunds will be made to the original payment method.
§6.2 Cancellation Rights:
HSK BOX CUP is a time-specific sports event.
Registration is therefore not covered by the standard 14-day right of cancellation, in accordance with rules for leisure activities and events held on a specific date or period.
Completed registration is binding, and paid amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.
§6.3 Payment Security:
Payments are processed via a secure online payment solution.
Card details are processed by HSK BOX CUP’s payment provider and are not stored by HSK BOX CUP. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
§6.4 Terms of Trade:
If HSK BOX CUP cannot be held and the event – regardless of reason – cannot take place, all participation fees will be refunded.
HSK BOX CUP is not responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages, including expenses for hotel, catering, transport, or similar costs incurred through third parties or arranged by the club/team.
