Club / team profile
All clubs/teams can create a profile.
A responsible person must be associated with the team/club profile.
HSK reserves the right right to block or delete profiles without notice, by the following …
-If abuse or suspicion thereof.
-If inactivity for more than 3 months
The club/team responsible may assign rights to members.

Data is stored in the registration system by users and members.
Data is used only in connection with settlement that tournaments and disclosures are not passed on to third parties unless otherwise stated below.
The individual club or team is responsible for correct and up-to-date data.
When HSK deletes a team profile, all data is permanently deleted.
However, with the exception of participant lists and result lists for events that have ended.
* Team administrator, team data
Data is used for contact with team/club regarding information, confirmations and receipts, from HSK’s event managers.
Club name and subtitle will appear on online lists.
* Managers, coaches and matchmakers.
Data is used exclusively for information about upcoming or ongoing tournament.
Data is used by HSK’s event managers, as well as the tournament secretariat, under matching matches.
* Judge / match managers.
Data is used exclusively for information about upcoming or ongoing tournament.
Data is used by HSK’s event Manager, as well as the Tournament Secretariat.
Data can be passed on to the Federation’s Referee / Match Committee, partly for pre-planning and post-tournament registration.
* Boxers.
Data is used by HSK’s event managers before the tournament, to create an overview of registration and matching opportunities.
During the tournament, data is used by the tournament secretariat for matching and registration of results.
Participant list and results are passed on to DaBU affiliates, after the tournament has ended.

Participant lists can be viewed online before the start of the tournament.

Match and result lists are displayed online during and after the tournament run.
